Returns and Exchanges

At Valyx Sportswear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, please note that all sales are final at this time, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the merchandise is damaged upon arrival.

Damaged Merchandise

If your item is damaged upon arrival, we will gladly assist you in exchanging the product or providing store credit. To initiate a return for damaged merchandise, please follow these steps:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Timeframe: You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your package.

Proof of Damage: Please provide clear proof of damage (e.g., photos of the damaged item) when requesting a return.

Return Shipping: Return shipping will be covered by the customer.

Return Request: To start a return, please contact us at valyxsportswear@gmail.com. Returns will only be accepted if a return request is submitted in advance. Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please write "Return Request" in the subject line of your email.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If your return is accepted due to damage, we are unable to offer refunds. Instead, we will provide an exchange for a similar item or store credit to be used for future purchases. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
